Coaching and Neuroscience Workshop

The UK International Coaching Federation (ICF) is holding a workshop dedicated to Coaching and Neuroscience on the 16th of November. This is a great opportunity to gain an insight into the complex functions of the brain to see how research is confirming the validity of many coaching approaches and models. Leaders in the field of brain-based coaching will also be explaining and outlining how our understanding of the brain could enable the use of new techniques used in coaching.
The workshop will start with an introduction to neuroscience and coaching and then attendees will be able to attend a choice of interactive sessions including:
• The neuroscience of insight
• Embedding change in high pressure work places
• The neuroscience of personal transformation
• The neuroscience of powerful client relationships
