Dr Sally Vanson
Executive Chair, Coach, Consultant
Sally brings grounded, commercial insight into all her work and her pragmatic style ensures early translation into business environments and ensures transformational results. Client assignments include various parts of the European Commission, The London Stock Exchange, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Astra Zeneca, Glaxo, Johnson & Johnson, HMRC, Bevan Brittan LLP, Harlequin, Mills & Boon, Kenyan Institute of Human Resource Management, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Kuwait Ministry of Education, Blackburn with Darwen Council, various NHS Trusts, and Avon and Somerset Police.
Sally has enjoyed a broad career spanning the hospitality and retail industries, management consulting and automotive, having worked for Hanson PLC and Mazda Cars. Having completed her Doctorate and with a Masters degree in Organisational Development, she is also a Chartered Member of the IPD, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Direction and is a Master Trainer of NLP, Professional Certified Coach, Coach Mentor and Supervisor and an mBIT certified coach. She is the author of three books and designed and now directs the first NLP based Masters degree in the world. Sally speaks regularly at international conferences and is also a Visiting Fellow at Kingston University and University of Derby Corporate. Sally is qualified in numerous psychometric questionnaires including SHL OPQ, MBTI, EQi, iWAM and Extended DISC.
His unique approach enables organisations to maximise their productivity and performance. Current client assignments include GSK, Bevan Brittan LLP, Universities of Warwick and Bristol, and the IEE.
Allan has followed an international career, living and working in Texas for five years and latterly as a Director of Lucas. He has a PhD from London University, is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching Skills, is a Professional Certified Coach with ICF, a coach supervisor and an mBIT certified coach. Allan’s clients include The Body Shop, New Look, Black&Decker, NatMags, Linkage International, Johnson & Johnson, Outward Bound Professional, Bourton Consulting Group, Second Sight and NatCen.

Lisa de Rijk (nee Wake)
Psychotherpist and Research Supervisor
After starting her career in NHS clinical practice as a nurse, Lisa moved into NHS management in 1992, where she was employed as a Senior Manager until she left to commence her own shared business in 1997. Using NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) as a launch pad, Lisa has developed extensive experience as a Coach, Facilitator, Change Agent, Trainer, Supervisor and Mentor. Now a Master Trainer of NLP, Lisa is also accredited by the UKCP as a neurolinguistic psychotherapist. Lisa continues to work with Organisations as diverse as the Home Office, Fox’s Biscuits, Northern Foods Group, Napp Pharmaceuticals, Mundipharma Research, Macmillan Nurses, Keepmoat PLC, as well as NHS and Local Authority organisations. Lisa is advisor to Association of NLP and was also on the steering committee of the first International NLP research conference at Surrey University. Renowned for her track record of ethics, training and standards in NLP, Lisa is one of the few academically published researchers and writers within the field of NLP, with her recent publication providing an evidence base to the US Military for their work with veterans. She has recently commenced doctoral research at Surrey University. Lisa trains both Coaching and NLP modules and supervises dissertations on the MA. Lisa is a published author.
Rabiya has always been passionate about reducing health inequalities, improving individual’s quality of life, learning, developing herself and others. It is these passions that have been the steer of her career.
For almost a decade, Rabiya has worked in Health Policy mainly Drug and Alcohol Policy for various London Authorities. She has experience working directly with service users, parents, communities, police, social services, NHS, Central Government and a host of voluntary partner agencies. Her most recent role was as Training and Workforce Development Manager at Lambeth DAT. She championed the use of Drug and Alcohol National Occupational Standards, rolling out a learning programme for practitioners working with the largest and most complex drug using community in London. It was during this time as workforce lead where she started to consciously pursue developing her coaching and NLP skills. Rabiya completed an MA in Applied Coaching with distinction focusing on the use of Coaching and NLP to accelerate recovery from substance misuse.
Since then, Rabiya has started focusing her skills and experience into coaching women particularly those returning back to work after maternity leave via one to one coaching and a series of personal development workshops. Her aim is to make this transition in life easier for mums and help organisations support and retain their maternity female staff.
Executive Coach and Learning & Development Consultant
Recognised as having excellent interpersonal skills and operating successfully with Directors, Senior Managers and Sales professionals she specialises in Coaching, Training, Business Consultancy, Management and Sales Development.
Starting her career in Sales as an Account Manager, she then brought that experience to Sales Training. Following 11 successful years in Learning and Management Development as a Consultant and Training Manager Lynsey has been specialising in coach coaching & development in 2012.
Lynsey takes her own continuous professional development seriously by continuing to research, study and evaluate current thinking so that this can be shared with clients and she has completed post-graduate research into ‘Imposter Syndrome’.
Utilising all of her expertise, knowledge and development skills she has achieved great success for her clients by raising the confidence and competence of teams and individuals. The results are reflected in increased motivation, revenue and bottom line profitability.
Lynsey is passionate about helping clients perform to their optimum level and realising their full potential. She is committed to helping organisations achieve their goals through Coaching or Development consultancy.
Lynsey is valued for her innovative and pragmatic approach as well as her positive attitude and insight. She has the ability to analyse issues and work with leaders to interpret, align and inspire people to achieve results.
She lives with her husband and two children near Glasgow and enjoys travel and fitness. She runs coaching and mentoring courses in the UK, Germany, India and Kenya. Lynsey also runs pro bono development sessions for the British Red Cross.
Throughout his career, he has worked at all levels of the supply chain from direct sales, all the way up to procurement and data management. This gives him a unique skill set and a very practical perspective in the supply chain processes and management.
Denis has a variety of professional qualifications which include Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP, Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching, Special award (Master Degree level) in Emotional Intelligence, FETAC Train the Trainer Certification and Extended DISC & iWAM Trainer & Test Assessor. He is an mBIT certified coach and has a Masters degree in Coaching and NLP.
Denis is a firm believer in professional development. He is very interested in Non-verbal Communication and has delivered unique programmes in communication-based around the area of NVC. He is driven to developing ways to link hard business processes with the cognitive skills required to run them.
He also believes in the academic needs of the Coaching and NLP fields and is a vocal advocate for the formal training and accreditation of professional coaches.

Dr Hani Ba Hwireth

His background in counselling and leadership works hand in hand with his NLP and coaching skills and this generates exceptional feedback from his clients. Hani’s own Arabic background ensures a full understanding of cultural issues, allowing his learning to empower clients in an appropriate way.
As a result of his passion for the field, Dr Hani Ba Hwireth, completed his PhD at University of Bristol, UK, by undertaking an explorative research study into Solution Focused Leadership. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Research and Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Bristol, as well.
He has chosen to partner with The Performance Solution so that we can contribute to the coaching practices, education and literature in the Middle East by building on the insights and exploration from differing cultures.
ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a full member of Association for Coaching, and Certified by OPP to administer and feedback a variety of psychometrics such as Strong Interest and Abilities Assessment in addition to Extended DISC and iWAM. He is working for a Saudi Holding Company as a Human Performance Consultant & Coach. The website www.arabcoaching.com is the first Arabic website to spread coaching in the middle east and our training programme is the first coach-training programme in Arabic.

Grace offers a strong combination of capabilities in workplace research, analysis, and design of organisational development solutions. Grace is qualified in the delivery of various psychometrics, is an NLP Trainer, a certified coach and qualified as a Coach Supervisor on the first ever Coach Supervision Diploma to be run in Perth. Her current research is focused on the role of emotion in Coaching.
As a consultant, Grace brings insight into the value of the alignment of individual and organisational needs, as well as the power of leadership and good management systems for enabling organisational outcomes.
As a coach, Grace brings a focus on clear outcomes and an ability to facilitate a person in their choice to be more flexible in patterns of behaviour and emotion.

Flaminia comes from a diverse early background in as PR, sales, employee in an insurance company, actress, teacher and event organiser. Since she started working in the organizational development sector she has been developing significant skills as presenter and change facilitator and trainer, as well as directing her attention and focus to coaching and mentoring. Throughout the last 20 years she has been intensely committed to her personal and professional development specializing in the different tools and techniques of modern psychology and neuroscience applied to personal and professional development.
