He is particularly interested in raising individual and group-level awareness, and in aligning individual objectives and performance to organisational vision and strategy.

Neal provides individual & team executive coaching and has a wide experience of supporting senior leaders and leadership teams in medium and large organizations settings. He has delivered workshops focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, and on the challenges of living in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous). He supports leaders and organisations to grow talent and to lead engagement to change. Neal is qualified in the use of Myers-Briggs, 16PF, Extended DISC and iWAM.
Neal brings considerable senior executive experience having held senior HRD appointments with Unilever, Tata, Costain, ICI and AstraZeneca, which included leading major change management and culture development programmes. Neal is a Non-Executive Director for Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, and for Manchester Camerata (a chamber orchestra).
