Each day will run from 9.30am—6.00pm (latest) with coffee breaks and 1 hr for lunch.
This course is the second part of our accredited professional coach training programme and leads to accreditation with the ICF as well as the ILM Level 7 qualification. It is the highest level of professional coach training and aimed at those working in or with demanding and high-level clients. Course content builds on the psychology of coaching, includes the iWAM psychometric training to access the iWAM qualification and introduces the coach to the meta view of coaching through an introduction to coach supervision. Besides the final assessment day, there are 2 days of coaching practice dedicated to Mentoring & Supervision in order to reinforce the coaching practice and the integration of the ICF competencies during practice.
This intensive course runs 10 days. It is possible to attend modules separately and get ICF CCEUs and then make up your full qualifications.

Final Assessment
You will be provided with a comprehensive resource pack and full versions of psychometric questionnaires for practice with clients, you just need to bring yourself and your curiosity!
There are 2 written and 1 practical assessments and a requirement for a log of 100 coaching hours. After successfully graduating from this course, delegates will be able to apply for professional credentialing through the ICF as graduates of an Accredited Coach Training Programme. We are happy to provide successful graduates with references where required. You will also become certificated as an iWAM facilitator.
