Firmstart

We are pleased to announce that The Performance Solution, in partnership with Darwin Whitty will be running a new 3 part program. This will consist of 2 day modules and is to help you get started with your own business. The aim is to provide the advice, information and support you need to get a Firmstart.

The course aims to provide a framework for business start-up, analyse the essential person skills needed to become an entrepreneur and challenge you to build your personal brand and reputation.

We will be running this in 3 parts, each of which consisting of 2 days. You can either attend the course as a whole or just individual modules you feel would be useful to your personal stage of business development.

Seminar 1

The first seminar looks at whether you have what it takes. Topics include: mindset for success, emotional intelligence, work/life balance, personal brand and image, ethics and code of practice and planning the business life cycle.

Seminar 2

This discusses opportunities for self-employment, pros and cons of the legal structures, the business plan and measuring your performance.

Seminar 3

The final seminar covers market analysis and segment identification, customer service and customer need, marketing and social media.
