Flaminia Fazi
Director
She is effective in working deeply with clients, offering them space and structure to achieve their goals and unleash their potential as well as managing change effectively, so that both individual and organisation benefit from directly building roadmaps to excellence. Her clients include CEOs, Directors, management teams and customer service and sales employees in Italy, Europe, Asia and North America. She works fluently in English and Italian.
Flaminia comes from a diverse early background in as PR, sales, employee in an insurance company, actress, teacher and event organiser. Since she started working in the organizational development sector she has been developing significant skills as presenter and change facilitator and trainer, as well as directing her attention and focus to coaching and mentoring. Throughout the last 30 years she has been intensely committed to her personal and professional development specializing in the different tools and techniques of modern psychology and neuroscience applied to personal and professional development. She has intensive experience in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and counselling, holding trainer qualifications in both disciplines and in mBraining.
Since 1999 she has solely worked as business and executive coach and facilitator in the corporate sector, funding the first coaching company in Italy – U2COACH – and working with individuals and teams to help express their full potential and put vision into action. She is a skilled facilitator, recognised for her ability to maintain empathy and inspire people in their development process, building their confidence and influencing skills. Flaminia runs the coveted ICF ACTP professional coach training certification courses and assessments.
As well as developing and structuring groups and teams, processing personal development, coaching and mentoring. She has
in-depth knowledge within the field of coaching and facilitating. Hanna has been a coach for group executive management since 1993. Hanna has developed and delivered several internal leadership programs including coaching. Together with NTNU Gjøvik (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) she has developed and delivered a Leadership program. Hanna developed the Leadership Training Program for Lillehammer 1994 Olympics and she trained the internal trainers who delivered the program.
Hanna has worked as a consultant, facilitator and coach with non-profit organisations, Governmental ministries, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Healthcare, Industry, Media and Real Estate development and management.
During the last 25 years, Hanna´s focus in business has been working on both the organizational and personal axis for furthering the strategic and operational goals of her customers. This means an extensive experience with change management. Hanna has in-depth knowledge within the field of coaching and facilitating, and has coached some of the group executive managers for Lillehammer 1994 Olympics and Salt Lake 2002 Olympics and has coached executive managers and trainers responsible for large events.
Hanna is working with sustainable changes through processing visions and strategic goals to meet the environment and customer expectations and needs. Together with management, she is working with leadership development and teambuilding, using coaching, facilitating, mentoring and personal analysis. Hanna is also facilitating groups and pairs from conflicts to resources.
In 2012 Hanna became a global partner with TPS, based in England.
Hanna is based in Oslo, Norway and offers coaching via Skype as well as face-to-face sessions.
She lives with her husband in Oslo and has two grown up children and four grandchildren. Hanna studies Holistic Pilates. |

Jeremy Lazarus
Director of NLP Programmes
Jeremy trains on NLP courses ranging from short business courses to the NLP trainer’s training. His courses are recognised by the ANLP and the Association for Coaching. Given his background as a former Finance Director, Corporate Treasurer and Management Consultant, a significant amount of his coaching and training practice has been in the business world. His corporate clients have included Barclays Bank plc, Bedfordshire Police, British Telecommunications plc, BucksSport, Cardiff University, Halifax Bank of Scotland plc, Lloyds Pharmacy, Reuters plc, Sony BMG, SportsCoachUK, T-Mobile, Vodafone plc, West Midlands Strategic Health Authority to name but a few.
Jeremy is also a former semi-professional goalkeeper, and since 2005 he has developed an NLP sports coaching practice, and worked with Premier League football and rugby clubs, international athletes and high-profile sports organisations. He runs NLP-related sports certification courses, including an NLP Sports Practitioner. He is researching motivational strategies used by football coaches when coaching premier league goalkeepers.
Throughout his career, he has worked at all levels of the supply chain from direct sales, all the way up to procurement and data management. This gives him a unique skill set and a very practical perspective in the supply chain processes and management.
Denis has a variety of professional qualifications which include Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP, Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching, Special award (Master Degree level) in Emotional Intelligence, FETAC Train the Trainer Certification and Extended DISC & iWAM Trainer & Test Assessor. He is an mBIT certified coach and has a Masters degree in Coaching and NLP.
Denis is a firm believer in professional development. He is very interested in Non-verbal Communication and has delivered unique programmes in communication-based around the area of NVC. He is driven to developing ways to link hard business processes with the cognitive skills required to run them.
He also believes in the academic needs of the Coaching and NLP fields and is a vocal advocate for the formal training and accreditation of professional coaches.

Grace Minton
Partner, TPS programmes in Perth, Australia
Grace offers a strong combination of capabilities in workplace research, analysis, and design of organisational development solutions. Grace is qualified in the delivery of various psychometrics, is an NLP Trainer, a certified coach and qualified as a Coach Supervisor on the first ever Coach Supervision Diploma to be run in Perth. Her current research is focused on the role of emotion in Coaching.
As a consultant, Grace brings insight into the value of the alignment of individual and organisational needs, as well as the power of leadership and good management systems for enabling organisational outcomes.
As a coach, Grace brings a focus on clear outcomes and an ability to facilitate a person in their choice to be more flexible in patterns of behaviour and emotion.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys the creative arts and is a Board member of the Community Arts Association of WA.
