Coach Session Online (Skype)

You are now booking a 60 minute online coaching session which is yours to use as you wish, for work related, personal or whole life topics. Your coach’s role is to provide a caring yet challenging soundboard and to work with you in order to clarify what you wish to achieve, your route to success including any development programme, milestones etc and help you understand how you will know you have met your goals. This may be an individual session or, more usually, through a programme of sessions where you and your coach work together on developing your progress over time.
