Each day will run from 9.30am—6.00pm (latest) with coffee breaks and 1 hr for lunch.

This course is the first part of our accredited professional coach training programme. It is recommended either for managers who have significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring in their organisation or those who are providing or planning to provide professional coaching and mentoring services as part of their business. Besides the final assessment day, there is a day of coaching practice dedicated to Mentoring & Supervision in order to reinforce the coaching practise and the integration of the ICF competencies during practice.

From transactional to transformational coaching skills, includes the Extended DISC psychometric facilitator qualification and introduces the coach to the use of CLEAN language and creative coaching techniques.

Please note: although this course is part 1 it is also a stand-alone course for those who do not wish to pursue personal credentialing with the ICF.
